Recent Posts?

Sorry it's back for now. But I might have to remove it later to optimize navigation. I thought most people used the New Forum Topics and Recent Comments on the right. Does the recent posts page do more? Thanks for the feedback.

Also, what do you guys click on when you want to make a new forum post?

I just like the organization of the recent post page. I mean the stuff on the right is well organized but I like the recent posts page better cause its more like a forum.

And to make a new post I go to create content on the right, then forum topic, I usually forget to change the category to what it should be, like this one should but site support. I see you have moved it to its proper resting home though.

Haha yeah. I'm thinking about restructuring the site navigation so that there is no need for the navigation on the right (where you now see my account, create content, recent posts, ect). Those functions would be integrated into the header navigation. The other things below the right navigation will stay.

If you're looking for a forum-like listing of posts there's always, you know, the forums. I'll leave the recent posts page there for now though. The problem I have with the page is that it shows a lot of useless content like the images (the images really only need to be access though blog entries).

I know the forums are probably the thing you guys like the most and they are probably the part that needs the most work. Keep the feedback coming.

yeh recent posts is better than the sidebar stuff, because if there is alot of activity in like a day or so, you can see all the recent activity rather than just some.

By "activity" do you mean forum posts? The new forum posts are in the forum.

I'll still leave it there for now. But I'm trying to find a more efficient navigation set up. I also want differentiate the blog posts from the forum posts more.

hows the new inbox feature work? Do we do as the receiver?

OK I'm sorry! I had to get rid of it because it wasn't working properly. and I'm afraid you guys are actually missing content because of it. I'll try to build something like it to replace it soon.
