Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers Preview

[image:236 align=left hspace=5 size=medium]Get ready to move out! Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers is the sequel to the popular strategy and action hybrid, Full Spectrum Warrior. The original game blended an intense feeling of urban combat with the brain-bending task of strategically placing soldiers into a game that sent players on a unique campaign. Ten Hammers will continue in that tradition but will also lend some improvements to the young series. The game will feature more multiplayer options, new resources, mechanized units, and exciting interior environments.

[image:237 align=left hspace=5 size=medium]Holding true with the Full Spectrum Warrior philosophy of realistic combat experiences, Ten Hammers, will allow players to take advantage of new units such as Light Infantry, Rangers, and United Nations forces. Sniper units will allow for a wider range of cover for ground infantry units and can be placed inside buildings to attain an elevated line of sight. Ten Hammers will also put the power of armored support vehicles such as Bradley Tanks and armored Humvees in the hands of gamers. You can use these units to gain an advantage and overcome your opponents.

The essential game play of Ten Hammers will be similar to its predecessor. It will still focus on using squad-based tactics to complete objectives and its clever control scheme will allow you to command multiple squads in real time using real-world tactics and tools. Your infantry will have a powerful arsenal of weaponry at their disposal including machine guns and grenade launchers. But, if your guys get really pinned down, air-strikes are ready and waiting to respond to your call. At the end of the day you can review and critique your strategies using the video replay system.

Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers will be available in 2006 for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation 2. Check out the official Full Spectrum Warrior: Ten Hammers website.
